My name is Isabella Caldow. I am a 17-year-old surfer from Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast. I started surfing when I was 8 years old and now, at 17 years old, I am a competitive surfer travelling Australia and competing in Pro junior series as well as a few local QS events. I am currently attending Maroochydore State High in grade 11 and am the 2020/2021 Sport Captain. As well as attending high school I am also studying at the University of the Sunshine Coast and completing my course in Human Physiology, in hope to become a Paediatric Occupational Therapists in a few years. My goals in the future are to qualify for the dream tour as well as become a fully qualified Paediatric Occupational Therapist and eventually open my own business on the Sunshine Coast and then travel the world.

My weekly schedule consists of training at the Ocean Performance centre with Kerry, surfing most mornings with my coach Grant, studying for school as well as UNI and hanging with my friends and family! I also have a great passion for netball, I have been playing it for 5 years.

I first met Stacey out in the surf one day at Maroochydore, she was full of smiles, laughter, and pure froth. I trained with Stacey over the years at the Ocean Performance centre and surfed with her at the monthly board riders’ event. We have become very close forming a great bond and now I look to her as a second mum. Stacey first started sponsoring me about 3 years ago with her amazing beauty products bringing out my girly side. But not only that she gave me so much confidence supporting me and helping me reach my goals.
